- The number of accompanying persons is limited to one person.
- There is no companion application in our Intensive Care Unit.
- During medical care, the companion should not be with the patient.
- Doctors and nurses should not make any application to the patient other than their directives. The companion should assist the patient’s care to the extent permitted.
- In order to provide you with a peaceful environment, your companions; should not to speak loudly in the patient room and service corridors, to make noise, to use the televisions in the rooms in a way that does not disturb others; It is very crucial that they turn off their phones or adjust their volume to a low tone during doctor’s visits.
- The use of tobacco and alcohol in the hospital is prohibited according to the laws and hospital rules.
- Companions should not bring any food and drink from outside the hospital, and no food without dietitian control should not be given to the patient.
- The nurse must be informed about the change of the accompanying person.
- The companion is obliged to comply with the general hospital rules. Apart from these, she/he should first inform the service nurses when there is any problem in terms of the patient’s health as a companion. No intervention should be made without informing nurses.
